The Inspirationals Quartet of Texas are our special guest today on “Getting To Know You with Host Paul Pitts”. The Inspirationals Quartet has been a significant presence in gospel music since its inception in 1958 being led by Bob Wills. His sons continues to keep the tradition of this great Gospel Music going.
Don Wills brings his deep bass tones to the ensemble, and Ron Wills adds his rich baritone voice while also acting as the group's emcee. The tradition of exceptional tenor singers is maintained by John Rulapaugh, known for his full tones and storytelling through song. Also, known for his dynamic vocal range and heartfelt performances Scott Brand is the newest addition to the group. And, the fifth member of the group is Bryan Elliott, whose unparalleled skills as a pianist have become a hallmark of the group.
This interview was taken on the main downtown street of Roanoke, Alabama right before their concert began and as you will see….these guys have a lot of fun working with each other. We hope you enjoy getting to know more about this great Southern Gospel Group!
