Welcome to “Getting To Know You with Host Paul Pitts” snd his special guest Clay Cooper. Clay began his music career singing at age 14 at the First Baptist Church in Wylie, Texas. He first came to Branson, Missouri when he was 16 singing with a kids band called the Texas Goldminors and has been there ever since. He and his wife Tina manage the Clay Cooper Theater and the couple’s three children, Colton, Caden and Cassidy have all performed with them…a real family theater! Clay was named this week as Branson’s 2024 Male Entertainer of the Year so we decided to bring back the interview we did with him in his theater dressing room a while back so you could get to know more about him and his great career. We hope you enjoy this!
